A pleasing update for those travelling between Cusco and La Paz on their Peru holidays, with the news that Amaszonas Airlines will be stepping into the breach left by Aerosur last month, and from June 15th will be operating daily return flights (except Sundays) between La Paz and Cusco with a 50-seat Bombardier CRJ-200.
Flights will leave La Paz at 09:20, arriving in Cusco also at 09:20 due to the time difference. The return will then leave Cusco at 11:00, arriving in La Paz at 13:00, Bolivian time. It's great to see this route back up and running as it's made a quick trip to La Paz or the Uyuni salt flats a really good option to consider as part of your holiday in Peru.
